Custom Orders...

I do them.
Feel free to ask me about them.

Black and Red Dread Bead for Smaller Dreads ($12)

All of my peyote dread beads have the ends woven into the bead and knotted multiple times, as a result they are very unlikely to unravel, so head-bang away.

checkers and stripes dread bead ($20)

This is not a peyote stitch dread bead. As a result the placement of the beads looks a little different and I was able to create a pattern like the one you see here.

Rasta Bead For Small Dreads ($11)

Completely self explanatory.

Silver with Pink Flower Dreadbead ($15)

This is made for someone with dreads about 3/4" thick. The silver is very shiny and there are little pink flowers with brown centers going all the way around it.

Green and Silver Dreadlock Bead (SOLD)

This is made for someone with dreads around 1 inch thick.

Ladybug Dread Bead ($15)

I wish there was some way to show how cute this is in real life. It's made for smaller dreads and there are two lady bugs looking right at eachother.

Pink and Blue Earrings (SOLD)

Very cute and girly pink and blue with a little black earrings. At the bottom of each is a small clear crystal.

Hematite Ring ($5)

Bright yellow glass seed beads in a peyote stitch, with a round piece of hematite on the top.

High Contrast Earrings ($12)

This picture is yet another example of why I need a camera, but in real life the silver is really shiny, and these look a lot nicer than that.
As always the earring backs are just recycled cardboard. On the back of these you'll see remnants of a Coors Light 6 pack.

Black and Gold Ring ($8)

This is a peyote stitch ring with a big gold glass bead and a red pearl. Should fit around ring size 8 I think.

(Wow...everything would look so much better if I had a real camera)

Pink Girly-Girl Necklace. ($50)

Over Time you'll realize that this is my favorite way to make necklaces. I just think it's such a pretty comfortable stitch that can be elegant...or not...
This particular necklace is pink with blue and black accents and little pink glass squares that have a cats eye like glow to them.

Jade and black necklace. ($60)

I absolutely LOVE this necklace. It's made with dark purple and black glass beads, with perfect little jade squares at the bottom. The clasp is a big pierce of amber.
It reminds me of a little elf princess.
:)

Custom Order Earrings (SOLD)

Today I finished an order for azhotshop. We're doing a trade of things from her store (azhotshop.etsy.com) for things from my store.

One thing I really like about these earrings is that everything about the packaging is recycled. From the front it looks like I just wanted that color for my earring cards, but if you look on the back you will see that the cardboard is from six pack containers and a pop-tart box.

This was my first sale (Grandmas don't count) and I'm really excited about it.

About Me

I'm a 20 year old girl living in Philadelphia who has always loved to do things with her hands. For awhile some of my friends and my boyfriend have been pushing me to try to sell my stuff. I'm setting up an etsy account theromanticrecycler.etsy.com. It isn't up yet, but it shouldn't be too long. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for good luck.

Yesterday I sold my first few things, and realized that I wanted to have a place to keep track of the different things that I've made and sold before. So...here it goes.
